H10 Delfin - Adults Only Hotel - Salou

Had a lovely 5-night stay where I enjoyed clean rooms with a comfy bed, and the reception area was really inviting. The sun terrace was a great place to relax, and I loved hanging out by the lounge area after a day out. Only downside was the small pool area, but overall, I had a fantastic time! ☀️

The breakfast had plenty of food and it was solid. The rooms were neat and modern, had safe for safety.

The food was nice and offered variety at the buffet.

The shower temperature was unbearable, fluctuating from freezing cold to scalding hot without warning. It was annoying to report the issue, only to be told it was a peak hour problem and nothing was actually fixed. The standard of cleanliness in the room was unacceptable for a four-star hotel, with dirty floors and neglected corners. The sunbed reservation situation was chaotic, with many beds taken by guests absent from the pool area.

What I liked the most were the two swimming pools, elegant hotel decor and friendly staff, although sometimes a room maid was a bit insistent and uncomfortable.

The music of the performances, very but very old-fashioned for the year in which we are.

They didn't have picnics like other hotels I frequent. The pool hammocks were always busy at 10:30 am.

The mattress was very uncomfortable.. You have to pay for all drinks at lunch and dinner even if you have a full regimen... You hear a lot about the adjoining rooms.

Great clean room with air conditioning and a fun billiard table. Lift was reliable. Small balcony disappointed.

The hotel is very close to the beach and is located in city center. The room was very clean and the personal of the hotel was very friendly.

The walls are so thin, you feel like only curtain separates you and your neighbours. We were with small children and the people in the neighbour room were making love... You can imagine. + no free wifi

The kids pool was perfect for my 2 year old son very safe And the rooms were cleaned daily the hotel was spotless
